I never set out to build a sales consultancy. Both my parents have run their own fuel business my whole life, so it's all I've ever known. I still remember going around with my dad on a Friday night when I was 8, collecting payments from people who'd taken their fuel that week and only got paid on a Friday. I didn't know it then, but that's really where it all started.
At 16 I had a choice: stay on at school and go to university, or leave and go make money. I left to train as an electrician. I served my four-year apprenticeship, and by the final year I was managing a team of contractors to fulfil the jobs on site. Once I qualified I moved into a head of contracts role, running pricing, client relationships, and all the new work and fulfilment. We grew that business from 3 people to 26 full-time employees in my time there.

So I took everything I'd learned and pointed it straight at high-ticket sales.
One of the first companies I worked for was an Amazon agency, and we scaled it from 100k to 700k a month in nine months. After that I worked with all sorts of agencies, led their sales teams, and took a startup from zero to 100 clients in 14 months. Along the way I've taken more than 3,500 sales calls, personally collected over £2M in upfront payments, and closed at around 45%.
Since then I've worked with 80+ agencies, one-to-one, fixing the same problem over and over. Founders pouring money into leads while losing the deals already sitting in their pipeline, on the call.
